I had the APS for ~10k miles and never had any problems. Definitely recommend it but they are kind-of pricey.

yes, the stock ones that are plastic do leak...that's why everyone likes the JDM one.

Alright I have the turbosmart dual port too...but if you flip it over and install it the other way it doens't vent atmosperically but then it recircs right? I no longer want the sound but stilll want to use my turbosmart...so how do I amke it 100% recirc?

To original poster, I also wanted that sound when I 1st got my evo......though we change, not want to impress others anymore, want that power between shifts, or whatever. If you want a nice bov with no problems then the turbosmart dual port in nice. Good luck!

I also got the turbosmart dual port and have no problems with it. It definitely attracts attention if that's what you are after. It even makes my neighbors dog run for cover every time i blowby. You can set it harder or softer with just an easy turn of the knob, depending on your mood. It comes with a small rectangular metal cover that you insert to the cone vent if you want to recirculate 100%. Personally i like it a lot.

Thank you so much for the pics. I am going back to the shop where I bought my bov since I did not even get those pieces.......all I got was the actual bov. However the employee who sold it to me got caught stealing from the shop so I assume he stole the bov and then sold it to me and kept the cash......or else I should have gotten all the packing too...... Damn newbie mistakes I swear, lol.
