APS or Turbosmart BOV

well i've searched for reviews, threads, and whatnot.. i hear the APS is one of the best bov's you can get, but to be honest w/you it doesnt have that bling bling effect as the turbosmart does haha (ricer shiat i know)..

I've heard both sound equally good, with a nice woosh w/out idle problems or stalling... both about the same price..

what are your thoughts?

i also see this statement about the aps
APS designed the APS high volume twin vent blow off valve specifically for the Lancer in high power states of engine tune.

so mostly stock evo's have nothing to benefit w/this?

Not worth the money for either one. They are best if you recirculate 100%. Get a JDM MR DV if you want something good. Obviously you want to be rice....so blow your money if you want to make noise.

Have the best of both worlds - stock reliability and the sound you crave. It's a JDM part, too, for the added pizzazz.

I've had the TurboSmart unit on my car. Been running it for 20k miles.

The sound isn't too bad at all. No problems with stalling etc.

+1 on the Forge. I've got it, and it's loud with an intake too. Only get flutter occasionally at freeway speeds. Never flutters any other time during any other driving situations.

Go with the Forge RS bov with recirc! If you want the whoosh sound then swap to speed density so you don't have any stalling or idling issues and get a Tial bov.

You Should keep it recirculating, So that you don't get Idle problems and stalls. If you some sound you should be able to here it throug a cone intake.
