SES Light="Safe Mode"?
Well yesterday my car threw another Check engine light on and found it was misfire code so i then took the negative terminal off to get rid of the light so later on I ran a stock C6 and got pulled by buses. which was a shock to me. about 5 mins later my car threw the engine light back on. was my lose the result of my car running in "Safe Mode" or what?
My cel has been on for about 2 months because of my catless exhaust. My car still pulls very strong. I know that right after you reset the cel, the car needs a day or two to relearn it's parameters. That might have something to do with it. The Corvette also could have been modded....
