im pretty sure anyone would kick a gift horse who offered them $300 to hump a pig


(explination for the slow.....gift horse (magnaflow) is offering $300 to make a pig (ford) look attractive (showing superiority of a ford by having the evo back down)

Its probably the GT500....there's NO other car ford makes that could even come close to the evo...unless its the Magnaflow focus with a blown v8? uuuuu

 

its kinda like the eclipse commercial to me. like where the rx-7 bows down. yea the new v6 eclipse is pretty cool but common the tt rx-7, yea right. but I would want more money for this shoot. they only ford (other than the gt and cobra) that i like is the RS awd focus. Of course the US want be able to get it, but I like the way they look, Rally style.

 

I thought the original poster was straight forward and to the point. He isn't being a dick and whether he's someone's secretary or not he's got the right idea to come here looking for the type of car they need.

I would but mine is black. I bet it is a Shelby commercial. Everything in the ford garage is slow. Oh, except the GT. I don't think they are working on a SVT Focus right now. And it sounds like they want to show Domestic>Import. Oh well. It's just TV.

I like when the V6 an V8 mustang guys try to show me up. Then they get bent over and ****ed. LOL

 

I'm interested to know what kind of Ford it is for. I'm not a marketing person but I would assume a company wouldn't dump a ton of money into advertising a product that sells well. Although the timing would be good in that Cobra's are starting to reach their buyers and lots but they seem to be selling pretty well despite the enormous dealer markups.

I think it would suck more to have them use your car in a Fusion commercial rather than a GT500 commercial.

I think we need clarification on what the commercial is actually trying to portray. I perceived it as the 'Tuner' and his car being better than the Ford car because to me, it seems like they are trying to show the Tuner give respect to a car that normally wouldn't get his respect. So in essence, the commercial would be stating that the tuner's car is 'better' in some way.

They could just be harping on the import vs domestic stereotype. But I can't see how they would portray the Tuner and his car as being any lesser of a vehicle than the Ford. (Maybe I can't think outside of the box right now =)
