thanks for your consearn guy.the drunk driver is in jail & he was from TN .his alky was at .28 and the limit in NJ is .08 saw he was 3 time over the limit.the car was a dodge stratus. When he came out of the car he told me lets park the car Ill pay for everything,I look at him Iwas going kill him and wife stop me from it .Ihad to walk away from the car he went to the car and start it to throw the beer in the to the curve.the cop came and saw him do that and sent to jail on the spot

I normally wouldn't say something like that because you never know the situation. A lot of time I'll give the benefit of doubt that it was a one time bad decision but, to have open containers in the car and be that smashed it sounds like he is a pro. I hope they throw the book at him.

Damn bro at least ur and your fam is ok. The evo is replaceable. it sucks people cant be respondsible. On a lighter note it looks like ur evo is more then likely a total lost and it gives you an excuse to go and purchase the IX SE. Good luck man
