So, this may sound stupid but.....

How about you try and talk to the guy and get to know him a little bit, ask him specifically what he does not like about your car. It's often more difficult for people to be an a$$ to someone the know.

It may be he is just an unreasonable ***** at the end of the day, then take the poke his daughter approach. But first you should go get yourself a venerial disease so you can give it to her.

On the other hand if he has a legit gripe about your car, like the exhaust rattles his windows every time you pull out of the driveway, then perhapse you should try to be a good neighbor and do something about it.

You could also try to get him on video saying something increminating like "my freinds will make sure you get a ticket every where you go" etc etc. then take that to court with you next time you get one.

Bottom line is the dude is an ex cop and unless you want to get hassled everytime you turn around you need to try and working things out.

yah anyhow, superglue some sand paper to his windshield wipers. That should take care of that.
