Front Pass. Side Headlight Question.

Don't worry, I searched, but couldn't find this specific...

My passenger side turn signal bulb in the headlight assembly
burned out, and I know you have to take the front bumper off
to get the headlight out. But, can you take off the inner wheel
well plastics just to access the turn signal bulb to change it without
going through the hassle of taking the whole headlight out?

Thanks in advance....

On my '03 with HID you remove the splash shield.

Thanks for the information. Just to be clear, you are speaking of the inside wheel well splash shield, correct?

you can do it from the wheel well rather than taking the headlight and front bumper out as I've done so before. However, there is a metal plate right behind the headlight assembly making access to removing and replacing the bulb nearly impossible without removing that plate.
