You got it. Mine does it too in the colder months too. I thought it could have been the waterpump but I removed the drive belt and spun the waterpump by hand and found it was OK. So the only other thing I think it could be is the PS pump. Mine has been doing it for almost 2 years since it was new with no problems just a annoyance.
