Unhappy Shifter Bushing Kit for 6 Speed Transmission

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can purchase the 8 Pcs Shifter Bushing Kit and 2 Pcs Underhood Bushing for 6 Speed Transmission? Most of those available are meant for 5 speeder. I am kinda pissed as I find it really hard to engage gear as my bushings are screwed.

Any information like brand, price and website will be most helpful. Cheers.

Yeah I think Jarrod or Nick at Buschur just anounced that they have a bushing set for the 6 speed now. You might want to give them a call cause I don' thtink they put them on the site yet.

how tough are the shifter bushings to put in? i've seriously considered getting some along with some solid motor mounts to help smooth things out.

I would say without question do it. It was night and day in my MR and new front motor mount got rid of my "thump" during power shifts. I got a Exedy twin, powerflex FMM, underhood bushings and removed the clutch restrictor and it made a HUGE improvement. I would say for the money the FMM is mandatory.

You need to take out the battery and maybe the UICP to get at them then its not bad.
