grinding

hey guys..i hadn't driven my car in about a week and tonight i went for a little drive..i grinded 2nd gear 2 times and 3rd 1 time.. the clutch was in ALL the way. After i drove it for a little while the problem went away, and yes the car was fully warmed up.The only problem i had before this was 4th gear sometimes felt like a wall wouldnt let me through to shift about 25 percent of the time..i changed tranny fluid about 10k miles ago..is this just because i hadnt driven it?,,any thoughts

thanks

When I let my car sit for a while (days), same kind of thing happens.....I think she may just have to work back into it.
