Well, it should be OK.... They will make decision based on your credit score and history rather than verifying the income.... But, I would not sign the paper when it has false information next time.... Even though he suggested, you are the one who is falsifying the info to a bank..... If there is an issue, he will simply say he did not suggest you to falsify and you will have hard time proving that it was HE....
I'm still trying to figure out how you have a credit score of 780 - 800 and only make $1200 a month. I'm assuming based on your question your pretty young? I'm sure there's a way to do but I've not been fortunate enough to find out. Heck, I'm 34 years old, married with kids, and make 5 times more then you and my credit score is in the mid 700's.
Anyway, I'm sure if you said it was that high it must be. Congrats! Next time though, don't lie about your income. It's not the "Right" thing to do. I still can't imagine how your able to afford the car with that income unless you still live at home, or live in a box with no rent/mortgage. Good luck with the payments and insurance. You may have enough left over for gas..

IF YOU REALLY want the car and are willing to sacrifice your other 'addictions' then i say go for it...
I'm happy i only have like 2.5 years left on my loan...

..haha..I'm 19, live at home, college full-time, part-time work and I only make about 1200 a month. All my money goes to car/girl/workout supplements :-\

Hopefully you aren't talking about making the same as me - I guarantee that isn't true.
And I'm sorry, if the original poster is 25 living at home with his parents and asking if he should get an Evo, then it's a flat out "NO!"
