Now, if you'll just tell me where it is, I'll tell you not to buy it also.

i this your frame is bent from what i can see. same section where my evo is messed up.... hood, bumper, FMIC, HID blackout head, ACD diff. unit. thats all stock part i got with helix IC piping. it ran me like $1100. your frame would cost you a $1000 if your driver side frame is bent. thats including your front frame(radiator support frame). i would say close to 4k that your would be spend for parts alone without labor.

By the time you get done putting work into it there is still uncertainty of damage not seen that could creep up.

Why not just buy a used 2005 with low miles on it from cars.com for around $23-24k and know that it hasn't been in a wreck?

The old you get what you pay for is cropping up right now alot when thinking about this...

if you do not have the cash to fix it, dont. Simple as that. If you do...then good luck..but re-sale is going to kill you

****ing 16 year-olds with rich parents. Poor poor evo. If you think you can take on the project, then by all means go for it. 80 miles is great place to start with, almost brand new. Problem is you dont really know if the sub-frame is bent. If it is - just buy a new car.

i salvage is when a car is declared totalled by insurance companies THEN the car goes to auction. whoever buys it from an auction will then recieve a salvage title. so be careful buying it cuz you may get a slavage title when you regiister it.
