BOV on Evos...WHY!?!
FYI SRT-4's are run on speed density stock, so it doesn't effect them. And some of the best BOV's on the market are VTA, ie Tial's, that is why all SRT-4's have them.
Well it's common sense that you want to switch out your stock plastic BOV immediatly as it only holds about 14-16 psi of boost before it starts to leak. You don't have to make it vent to atmosphere though.

there are plenty of BPV's that recirc and give you you're annoying sound. mine is still the stocker and it is plenty loud with the intake / intercooler piping done. had a greddy s on my dsm and it was loud as f***, even bein recirc'd
The sound is OK, but it is over rated. I had the APS on my car, but that was before the intake I put on, and after the intake that thing was rediculously loud, it would blow off even still in vacuum. I was getting so annoying because people would look at me like WTF??? I put my stocker back on and it holds 21 PSI all the way to redline, I was pretty amazed, and it is still pretty loud with my intake just not as loud. I guess the stock airbox muffles a lot of that sound.

I have nothing against the actual BOV, matter of fact I would show a little more respect to cars that have aftermarket turbo systems added to them. SRT-4s, WRXs, etc with them don't impress me.
This thread is ****, it's not going to accomplish anything. Lock it up
