Oh no...you're saying he's selling his employee "sponsor" pricing to you? That's heinous and probably criminal...

He's also a little kid who drives (or drove) a Honda Odyssey, then his parents bought him a brand new 07 BMW 3-series (ridiculous), but he was complaining to us on here, because he really wanted an Evo. Unbelievable...

I don't know if that guy is legit, but I have seen/heard people using that letter to get employee pricing. Sadly, not every dealer will honor that employee pricing. There is a thread about how dealership still put markup on evo's when using that letter.

It was originally stated as an Employee Discount in the forum. In the PM he changed it to sponsorship, either way, I think I'll pass and keep looking for a legit good deal. It sounds far to shady to me.

It's too bad, all the dealers in my area suck, or I would be driving already.

That guy is an idiot. He is probably going to get someone at Mitsubishi fired by posting crap like that, voiding the employee discount in the process...

The prices are legit, but him selling the discount is most likely a scam, and almost certainly illegal.

Edit: Several people (including myself) on EvoM have gotten employee sponsorship from other members. It's a great way to save some money if someone will help you with it.
