back in mid july i went to my local reputible wheel shop and oredered my self a set a volk ce28's in a 17x8.5 and in diamond black. the shop said that this was a very hard wheel to come by and that it would be a 45 to 60 day wait. i called in at the 45 day mark and the shop said that the wheel still hasnt been built yet and that it would in at the 60 day mark. well today has been 60 days with no word. has anyone else had this problem with this wheel? is it really that hard to get a hold of because as far as i can see it is prettymuch the most popular wheel for the evo. any suggestions on what i should do?

 

anyone with the same problems getting these wheels because im getting kinda anxious...

 

my time attacks got to me 2 weeks ago and i ordered them in April

60 days is nothing

 

I waited 6 months, so be patient

 

There's at least 1 set of diamond black Volk's in the for sale forum. I think they're 18's though.

 

I ordered a set for my BMW 330i since March and still have not gotten it yet

I waited 6 months also......for Work Wheels though. These wait times are common.

Unfortunately, knowing that these are the norms. doesn't make it suck any less for you.

 

keep in mind, Rays Japan do not have these wheels pre-made and sit at the warehouse waiting to be picked up from their vendors. Its made per order. And not just one order at a time. If you are lucky to be one of the 10-20 sets, then you will get yours fast. If not, you will be inline to wait until the overall orders (from all over the world) are filled up, then they will start making your wheels. GOOD LUCK
