Road and Track

Can anybody confirm this?

Some R&T numbers...
STi / EVO
0-60 4.9 / 4.8
0-100 12.6 / 12.7
1/4 mile 13.3 @ 103.0 / 13.4 @ 103.0
skidpad 0.89g / 0.89g

Those numbers are making the Evo look even better compared to the STi!!!!

Not sure about the grip.

they chose the EVO over the STi by a slim margin, which ws decided by value, as the EVO was a bit cheaper...

They liked the smoothness of the STi's power, and the more low end grunt, but the EVO outhandled the STi big time... "the EVO carves, as the STi just turns"...

overall i thought it was a pretty good article and comparo... they ended up just about even... it's all a matter of which one you like the best...

personally i think the STi looks kinda weak, whereas the EVO just looks mean and tough... JMO though...
