Is the evo considered a DSM?

I see.... I've always been confused by other people calling evo dsm, so i just went along with it.

and to take it a step further, most 95 eclipses and talons aren't dsm's either. And neither are all 96 thru 99 eclipses and talons. The dsm plant was shut down late in 1994.
