I can vouch for him as I picked up a lot of voltex pieces for my customer (i drove 6 hours to meet him and picked up the parts in LA).

I am sure he will come thru. Just gotta be patience. Shipping a container full of parts isn't a one-day or 2 weeks affair. It takes weeks. Not to mention U.S Custom is strict as hell these days and that will also delay the actual ETA.

there is no excuse. he's the customer and atleast deserves a update after all his attemps of trying to contact Hiro. When someone calls, emails, and IM's nobody can sit their give excuses about not responding.

Explain the bonk tracking #?? If it's still in customs on a container then how did he get a tracking number?? So he says he shipped it but shipping company's don't **** things like that up.

Wow, I am sorry you are having this problem. I will get on it right now. Lately he has been extremely busy with setting up everything for HIN in San Francisco, but I can guarantee that you will get your parts. Hiro has no tolerance for people that screw buyers over, so he wouldn't do that to you.

Okay I just talked to Hiro, he knows of the situation. He will contact you shortly, he has just been busy driving to hot import nights, and setting up so has hasn't been able to answer his phone. Sorry for the inconvience.

what parts are really good from voltex? do they really make the difference for us to get to where we need? by making the car look really good? lol. any pix of the kit?
