Lancer car cover for Evo RS?

I'm looking for a car cover. The factory cover seems like the natural choice, but it's made for a winged car which I don't have.

I'm wondering if there's any reason why a Lancer cover won't fit an Evo? Too, which year Lancer would most closely match the Evo's body style, mirror locations, etc?

check out covercraft.com. They should be able to make you an evo cover w/o the rear wing pocket.

the cover for evo's with wings will probably work. why would you not use that one?

Sure it would work, but I don't want a wing pocket.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

I was considering one of these - the Stormweave:

I'll give them a call, too, and see what can be done about the wing.

Why not just buy a cover made for the regular Lancer (non-Evolution)? I would think it should fit fine, despite the Evo's fender flares.

Bingo! That was my question, as explained in the first post.

I purchased a Noah cover from California Car Cover. They have a pattern for a wingless Evo, even though it's not listed on their site.

In case you don't know, that will be made by covercraft.

Cover craft is the best, Have been using them for years. Kinda expensive, but definitely well made and perfect fitment.

i think the evo is a few inches wider...depends on high tight the fitment is on the lancer one, i personally would use the cover craft these guys are talking about, sounds like a sure shot

Thanks, I didn't know. I should have it in 2-3 weeks and I'll post as to fitment.
