What are you doing about the secondary 02 sensor?
Sim it?

i have it on my 06MR
barely fits the ACD less than a flathead screwdriver width but never rattles...second o2 was welded in just forward of the underbody heatshield and points to the passenger side,
i also have an antifouler and never threw a code
no sim needed

Yes it did throw a code. You can use a simulator like someone said or a spark plug defouler to get rid of the code. The helix and dc are both nice downpipes. The only thing i like better about the dc is that its the downpipe and cat delete all in one.

I ran this piece in both my evos. On my IX it does touch the underbrace bar. You have two options. You can get a couple of spacers for a $1 and fix the problem yourself or get a new underbrace that has more room and replace the stock piece with it. Obviously that ll cost you a little more.

fyi
i have cusco lower braces so i dont know how the stock ones fit or not...
i think most ACD downpipes are close fits anyway
not much room under there due to the MRs ACD and 6 speed
but as i said
it never hits or rattles
therefore no issue with me

installed one on an IX for a friend and it touched the underbody brace. The vendor told him that it was a "redesigned" one that was revised to work on both the IX and VIII...

I have this one as well on my IX and the only real problem I ran into was having to add some washers to space out one of the bars. No big deal I guess.... if thats the worst I have to deal when altering the car then so be it. It is a tight fit though and I had my doubts when installing it because before I torqued everthing down it was touching the ACD and began cursing the name DC Sports and what was I thinking buying a DP from a Honda company. In the end the DP fits well and I love the no test pipe BS it saved me some money and we all like to save money so it was a no brainer.
