Hey guys I was on the track and when I was racing I messed up a little I went 1st gear then second and than first again and it happened 2 times. Did this happened to any one before? and is that normal for evos to go into first gear when you drive over 10 MPH???

 

If you push hard enough anything is possible...

 

uh... what? i can do over 20 and it'll still go into first. whats the problem?

and if you rev match, you can put it into first close to 30... although i dont think its the greatest for the synchros.

 

ye I know that but it went so easy like I was putting into third. Believe me its not a good feeling then u drive 7 RPM on second and u put in first one.

 

the problem was I toughed I'm gonna blow my engine

u upshifted then upshifted(downshifted) back into first...sounds like your gates are messed up...let me get this straight...u went for 3rd and got 1st?

 

oh! that'll only happen if you over rev it.

youre driving an evo and you don't already know this! for shame!

now lets say your doing 80 onto an off ramp and you downshift to second... yeah, that will be a problem if you let the clutch all the way out.

freaking 06...take that isht to mitsu...use that warranty b4 they close the door on you
