Stock evo dosent feel like it pulls hard.
Just do what I did... slowly over 3 years mod it up - all the bolt-ons, cams, tuning, etc. Then, suddenly return it all to stock to sell it. Then it will feel REALLY slow
The reverse is also true. Drive around in a Prius or something for a week, then get back in the Evo and it will feel very quick, fast, and tight! Also, like people are saying, mod it up a bit ---- but that's a slippery slope!

go rent a lancer for a couple of days. It will ad about 98 awhp to your car
Just drive it like a granny on a daily basis and floor it once in awhile. Makes you scream with joy. Either that or just keep adding parts although my budget doesn't have room for that. Could always throw a budget out the window though.
its not a boost leak not only did i tighten everything up, but i tested my boost gauge with 2 different vacuum pumps, and my car boosts to 20-21 STOCK before it tapers down yep 05 stock evo ive seen the needle hit 21 at times.
you should go test drive another evo and see if it feels the same as yours.. i agree with most people on here though that you are just getting used to it.. when i first got my car i thought it was so fast then two weeks later all i wanted was more power cause i thought my car was ******* it
