If your car's just lurching and it isn't the clutch, it could possibly be a motor mount.

a good possible chance it's your clutch, i replaced mine not too long ago and it had the same problem

i have noticed a new sound, kind of like one of those toy cars you pull back and then let go. How would i check the motor mounts? just look at em right?

very likely the clutch if this is a new issue. Driver mods are usually problamatic from the start. I have a twin plate Exedy Cerrametallic and it has lasted 3X longer than the stocker + some. Worth every penny.
