If the EvolutionI never had a wing then we would be used to it w/o a wing, but since im so used to the car I love the wing, and this is a domestic driver talking. Only the STI and Evo are able to pull of the big wing and get away with murder.

I think a better poll would be "Would you rather have the evo come wingless or with the wing", because if someone buys an evo just for the wing.... they shouldnt have bought an evo. Just my .02

I think it looks good either way, two completely different looks. When I get my evo I gotta pick up another trunk so I can switch between them. I wouold be either way, cause if it only came wingless look at all the aftermarket wings to choose from.

STI wingless yes, Evo wingless no. Evos is one pretty ugly car but the wing makes it look agressive.

be happy that we are very close to that racing heritage look

also remember..there is a reason for that wing back there. It is not just for looks or to put the bread when you come home from the store

I SURE don't think that black one is ugly, I wish I had a black or GG SE to do that to.

Also, I've thought about it a long time. Most vehicles are ugly, we just get used to the looks. 350's look like a squared off Porsche to me, even Porsche's have their haters. It''s all relative ... from the front the Evo's BA'sd ... same from the Rear. Nose is a little heavy w/o the wing ... till you lower it.

The Evo has a hot funky look to it. It DID look a little like a low top sneaker or something, chasing that Lambo around the track on Top Speed.

The Evo has this Japo-Urban thing going on .... (no offence to any Asain Brothers ... it just sounded chic' )... especially from the rear w or w/o the wing. I even like the VIII bumper the best. I like "round bumpers" best in general (lol)

After 3 years I still get all ticklee inside when I go out to drive it.
