Bounces while shifting

Im 100% sure this topic has been covered before, just seems to me it has, but i dont know what to search because im not too sure what to call it. So if anyone can redirect me.. please do.

When im in first and shifting to 2nd gear from red line, if i do it fast enough, the car gives me a quick 3 or 4 "bounces" also happens from 2nd - 3rd. Can anyone help me out with telling me why it happens and what can be done to fix it.

thanks

You are probably letting the clutch out too fast and aren't disengaging it properly. Do you get the "bounce" when you are driving normally? If you do then all you need to do is work on your driving. You will get it down sooner or later, just give it time.
