Which evo 9 to buy?

I am wondering what all of you guys think about the evo MR if you have the IX or the RS???

Do you regret not getting the upgraded shocks and 6-speed tranny?

Is the best one out of them the RS since the weight is the least and it has the same of everything else?

If you were to go buy another evo 9 which one would it be and why?

Thanks

My MR actualy Has MORE body roll than my freinds GSR!! So you get more scared if you corner too fast, the MR tranny Sux. And the lip on the bottom get destroyed when you go up any incline that is slightly steep. But on the Plus Side you Can Say I have 6 gears, otherwise it was kinda dumb for me to get the 6 speed. Pay more for a bigger headache.

i like my GSR i dont want an RS because i drive it everyday and dont wanna reach accross the car to roll the window down and like having keyless entry... besides the aluminum roof and 6 speed trans i didnt really wanna spend more money on the MR for parts im likly to replace (rims shocks and springs)... just my $0.02

Get the GSR SE.

1) It has those sweet BBS rims, so you don't have to get aftermarkets.
2) It has HIDs.
3) It has the aluminum roof.
4) Stiffer suspension, less roll. (than the MR)
5) Less gears to deal with around town.
6) Slightly better gas mileage.

it all depends on what you want out of it. If you don't mind no having power windows, locks or ABS, then buy the RS. If you want a sunroof, leather, power locks, power windows, buy a SSL GSR. If you want a 6 speed, bilsten shocks, BBS rims, etc...buy an MR. You get the idea. Look over all the options available, and how much $$ you want to spend and make your choice from there. I'd say the best bang for the buck is a GSR SE. But if you can afford an MR go for it. good luck.

Where did you get the info that the 9 SE has a stiffer suspension? This is the first time I heard this.

spring rates on GSR is softer, dampening is better on MR.

Get the GSR SE. Leave the drivers' RS alone .
