Does anybody know what kind of bezel is on the shifter? Is it actually aluminum or painted plastic?

whats he talking about the ring thing at the bottom of the boot? or the knob? I got an aluminium knob, and yes in the Summer heat you will definetly learn to shift Extremely fast. I suggest getting like a sock or something to put over it if you have a metal shift knob.

yep thats plastic, IX MRs don't have thoses. But the Ix GSRs and RSs doo and they are plastic.

 

It's a mitsu car, were you really expecting a aluminum trim? this isn't a mercedez/bmw

Yeah that is the stock plastic bezel. It's not like the early wrx where you put the aluminum bezel from the Sti.
