exhaust smoke

exhaust smoke

i rebuilt my motor at 60,000 miles with wisceo pistons,eagle rods,new head gasket,arp head studs,balanced crank and all that good stuff,put a new turbo white rabbit tme turbo,car runs good made good power on the dyno.but every time i full throttle her i get some smoke out the back im not running a cat with exhaust.is this normal or should i be worried about it?

What color is the smoke?

If it's black, then yea that's normal. If it's greyish that's oil burning, check your lines.

If you're running cat-less, than it's normal as long as the smoke is black or very very dark.

Just hope it's not dark blue-ish color. This means you're burning oil.

Just a sign of running rich its normal.

Mitsubishi tuned our cars like that stock for protective purposes, it gaurds against knock at the high pressures and timing

I get the same smoke and All I have is a turbo back exhaust. Its normal.

I drive a factory IX, and at 1500 miles on the ODO, a guy I know says he sees grey and white smoke? coming from the exhaust every time I shift. This is under normal driving conditions. The car was not at full operating temperature yet if that matters. The car has been completely babied thus far as well. Sound normal at all?

I think this is normal - I drive a factory IX as well.. 1200 on the odo.. everytime I go WOT or close to it I see smoke in my mirror
