Winged Warrior III. May 2007 Indy. (import vs USA)
Kevin,
You say "2 hours per event", but what is the actual schedule. Example= WWA schedule: 10-12 drag, 1-3 autox.
Does each car pair up with the oposing team equal (pre-determined)?
Or is it more informal, run when you want as long as it is completed within 2 hours per event.
Maybe this has already been explained.

You will have 6 hours of racing, broken into the 3 events: 2 hours to do the 5 drag passes, 2 hours to do the 3 autox runs. (Also 2 hours break time-carshow time) The field will be broken down in 1/3rds. 45ish per group. You can pick who you want to run against if you want, we are laxed, and going to have a good time. "A" class (USA and IMPORT) will run with "F" class (USA and IMPORT) for example. (To get the field in evenly matched #'s of cars)
I don't want "A" and "B" classes to run together, as the crowd would follow the faster cars most likely. This way, we mix the classes together, so that there will be fast and slower cars in ONE group. That will assure that ANY CAR RACING, will have a crowd watching you!!
I hope you didn't get lost in this, I just confused myself!
2 hours is a "Guesstimate", and if we need longer, so be it!

If you go on the website, in the "Convoy" section (Parking lot?) You can find out where the party hotels are gonna be.

Squiggly lines are autox "AREA", NOT actual track. Blue "smiley face" represents a happy spectator, and the path to get to the autox track, OR to the drag grandstands. It is really cool, as the hill is significantly higher then the autox course, and should make for an awesome view!!
VENDOR CHECK IN: The place is ours from Friday Noon, to move in the vendors. This is the time we will be blowing off/sweeping/preparing the autox course also.
Vendors, PM me about times you want to setup. :headbang

Here is who enters where. At the top of the photo, is for RACERS/RV's/And cars on trailers ONLY.
Circle"A" is FOR RACERS ONLY!! This is the Northern gate, also known as "The Main Gate"Carhow people enter at gate "8" to the left.
Circle "B", is where your name is checked off as being a "Racer", and on a team.
The LEFT SIDED "B", is where the carshow people will register for the carshow. This is where they get their "Goodie Bag" Also.
Circle "C" is where you will wait for the carshow people to park you in your spot. This is a general overview, just to let you know ahead of time how things will be laid out.

Raise your hand if you think I shouldn't have used 2 "B"'s to avoid confusion! LOL. you understand.
