First glad to here your not hurt, I got into a accident in my evo not to long ago, hit a telephone pole trying to dodge a coyote in the road. the accident was so bad that when the ambulance pulled up and looked at the car they pulled out the body bag. I walked away with minor injury's. have to give big ups to mitsu, i think if i was in any other car i woudnt be here to tell the story.

Wow. Hope they can get your frame and suspension on right. Good to know you aren't hurt though.

Wow. Didn't read the first page?

Glad you're ok. Good luck in getting everything repaired and back to the way it was before the accident.

I agree that with the other guys, you should not be paying your deductible, make sure to go through HIS insurance, not yours. It wasn't your fault, thus you shouldn't pay.

Thank you so much for the comfort and encouragement. My insurance are chasing his/their insurance and with any luck that will happen behind the scenes. I was impressed to read that body pulling and alignment/balancing was included in the estimate. It seems my estimator understood the car and it's reaction to the impact. Makes me feel a lot better.

You said you have gieco... from what i have heard you should be fine, and if they are anything like usaa then you have nothing to worry about. you will probably have to pay your deductable until they make the ruling in your favor, which from what you said should happen, then they will issue you a check for your deductable. glad to hear your ok. two nights ago we lost another evo in MD so be carefull guys...
