Hey everyone, quick question. How do I remove the center vent (cover) that is on the dashboard (by the window)?

the one with the ac controls on it? if thats the one, pull the knobs off all your dials for the ac/heat and there are screws behind them. Remove the screws then just pull.

looks like there are just clips holding it in...but expect some of them to break as you wont be able to get much access to it without removing the dash....

why do you want to take it out anyway?

Well I dont want to take apart the whole dashboard. Maybe next year when I will want to find all those rattles that it makes

But as for now that thing rattles like crazy after my engine mount went in. I want to add something so it stops.

So if clips are only holding it, should I just keep pulling a bit harder?
