I had a friend that had a nitro powered RC car. The top speed on it was around 60 mph. Not to sure how fast the electric RC cars are. They last forever if you take car of them.

don't seem to kno what brand that is. i have a HPI RS4 RTR 2 and RTR 3. all you need is an evo body.

my gas powered RTR 2 was belt driven and had a two gear transmission it went to about 65. and my other gas powered RTR 3 with a shaft single gear trans went about 65 also. you can sup these up just like real cars. we ported my first one, got an upgraded heatsink, changed the suspension up a bit and it had a two camber muffler.

here's a HPI 200mm body

Nice. What do you call the chassis part? A chassis? Is it AWD? How fast do they go? Where do people race them?

all the cars are RWD, but the off road ones come RWD or AWD. i also have Traxxas TMaxx2 that's AWD and is about as big as a basketball. they have certain "mini" tracks that people run for these and they also have mini cones. they have events and all that stuff just like the JGTC and all. it's pretty coo cause they all look dope. i'll try to find some pics and post em up.

Nice. I can just picture buying one of these cars, taking it to such a track, and getting my *** kicked from here to next week.

wow...I thought the first pic is a real car.
That is the HPI electric rally kit I believe.

Anyays, the evo 7...is that a HPI pro 4 I see underneath?

I've got a few xrays, hpi and some AE cars.
Now they're just collecting dust in my garage...No time to play.

The body is made by Tamiya, check out towerhobby.com and you can find the body for sale about $35, it will fit on any 1/10 sale RC car, 190mm body.
