Been thinking of getting the Evo but want it with no sunroof and want the standard lower GT Spoiler.

Does anyone know if any Evo's have been shipped to the U.S. yet with the GT Spoiler?

Your probably going to have to wait for the second allocation to arrive. I however can't tell you when that will be, but I don't believe it has happened yet.

I don't mind waiting a bit. When I first checked on an Evo at the dealer they wanted $1,500 over sticker and now they are going for MSRP but I think they are even willing to deal below MSRP given the economy and the new STi coming out.

Personally I would much rather have the Evo as it is the real deal in tradition with the WRC and it's JDM counterpart. Seems like Subaru stuck in a larger engine just to outdo the Evo in the HP department. But in doing so, it has broken tradition from the true WRC that the Evo and JDM STi are.
