Tin can? You got t-boned and everyone walked away. Thats hardly a tin can. Looking at the damage, you did not get hit at 60 mph though. I used to work part time at a body shop, car doesnt look like it took a 60 mph impact...

Yeah, it looks like a 45ish... If that. Id say even more like 35-40. Definitely not a 60mph by a heavy c-class car...

its totaled for damn sure. Doesnt look 60mph to me either...a t-bone at 60mph is a virtually assured death of your passenger, the damage would enter the passenger compartment much further than that. Not that it matters of course. Glad you're ok.

It's not under 3,000lbs unless you've done some weight reduction. From Mitsu they weigh around 3,200 and change. And when you say it's an RS most of know what it is.

Either way sorry about your luck. Glad your OK.

Whatever the speed of the collision, none of the occupants of the evo was injured.
The car did exactly what it was designed do during the collision.
Unfortunately, it does appear to be totalled (a little tough to see in the pic).
Glad to hear everyone is ok.

You won't get replacement value though. They'll give FMV which can sometimes be less than what you owe on the car.

Glad to hear that you are ok, your passenger also. The outcome could have been very different. I would say get another EVO.......stay on the dark side..........don't get the RS4........too much $$$$$$$$$.........although I went for a test drive in one in Philly a couple of months ago and let me say OMG!!!!!
