I was t-boned by a mercedes c class going 60. everyone walked away from it OK even my passenger. the evo lightweight spun across the street and came to a rest facing oncomming traffic.

the car is an 06. will they total it or try to fix it?

It's an RS model, which does not come with a wing along with a few other options.

Glad you're ok.

Good to see the EVO held up well to the Benz.

Glad you're ok.

No matter how defensively you drive you just can't do anything about people just ramming into you.

If you have full coverage it doesnt matter even if it was your fault they will pay you. JUst you will get a point and rates will go up.

Plus it's pretty difficult to *get* T-boned at that speed while being at fault, barring extreme stupidity such as running a very stale red light.

thanks JDM. and thanks everyone for the support. my friends and family have been very supportive as well. the lightweight evo was like a tin can when I got hit. that's all it is... may buy my bro's ams stage 3 viii rs or an audi rs4? the latter would be a hell of a lot safer tho.

I know it's an RS but, why do you refer to it as "the light weight Evo"? It's still pretty freaking heavy compared to alot of other cars.
