bouncing boost gauge

bouncing boost gauge

i had a greddy bov installed on my 06 mr and that was definatley leaking so i put my stock bov back on. now my gauge just bounces at full throttle around 1 and 1.2 bars and i remember before it would sit at 1.3 bars and no bounce.i moved the gauge panel to the stock radio location checked the vacuum and it looks fine. i cant figure whats goin on can someone help me out?

make sure you tighten all the intercooler clamps and diverter valve hose clamps.

I had this issue and found out to be a very small leak in one of the hose.

The leak test would be a good idea while you're at it.
It's very easy to do and it won't cost you a lot make one yourself.

does any store sell a leak tester and is it special for intercooler piping????
