Who cares how many miles per gallon on a sports car anyway I boost mine all day and probably get like 15 mpg. IMO why get an evo and drive it like a grandpa thats whats the waist of money. just buy a prius or something.

I agree, but you have to admit, he sure is trying hard to sound intelligent about his claim! FJF, if you'd like to discuss the semantics of him ridiculous your claim is, and the idea of playing devil's advocate for the sake of counter-point, please feel free to PM me. I'll break it do for you. Otherwise, cheerio!

FJF is a torlling idiot. I was only responding because I was bored at work. In general, just ignore him. He's like Warrtalon lite: All of the abrasiveness, none of the knowledge.

What stopped you from doing it publicly? How many posts did you upload and how many of them contained anything even remotely resembling your farewell claim? I wish you well.

That's not very nice. You were bored at work, you decided to troll me, yet I'm the "torlling (sic) idiot." Can you name the person who held a gun to your head and forced you to continue posting? You got yourself into this. Instead of crying like a little kid, be man enough to accept the responsibility for your actions. Good luck to you.

Now you have me at a disadvantage. You see, I just took a brief look through the thread and couldn't help noticing the number of messages where you contradicted yourself, ran away from your own words, and where you flip-flopped your position to suit the moment. This bring us back to the concept of responsibility. Discussion forums cannot exist without intellectual honesty. Your constant attempts to re-write history are not only dishonest, but they also flow against the very concept that allows boards like this to dispatch believable text.

i just picked up my 03 evo. it tuned at tt and it makes 316whp. it has tbe, boost controller, and hks 272 cams. i on my 4th gas tank. first gas tank was mostly city driving and lots of boost i got 14.9mpg. second gas tank was little boost with mostly freeway and i got 19.5mpg
3rd tank i got 16mpg. the evo is defently a sub 20mpg car. on the track expect to get 5mpg. is you stay at 65mph on 1 trip you might get mid 20's. but if you drive the evo like your supose to expect to get 15mpg

There is no way an Evo is "supposed" to be driven. I prefer to drive like a grandma on the road and keep the speed on the track. Not only is the benefit of driving like a grandma better MPG, but it's also safer. I like to keep my record accident at fault free.
