If you can't afford an Evo, would settle for a 3000GT VR-4?

^ 3.0L Twin-turbocharged and intercooled 6G72 V6, Active Aero System, Four-wheel steering, Four-wheel drive, 320 hp. Sounds fun.

VR4's are cool, but they weight like two tons. Plus, you seen the engine bay of one of those? Have fun working on it

It's still ahead of its time! How many cars today have four-wheel steering or an active aero system and can go from 0-60 in 4.8-5.1 seconds? Even the body design is modern enough to fit in!

I agree, the interior is way too small. Despite the fact a VR4 may be faster than an Evo, stock vs stock, I love the roominess of the Evo. Not to mention the evo looks 100% better inside and out.

Nope, I would go STi, Supra or RX7 (considering you want to stay in the boost game)

^ yeah, but a 3000GT VR-4 has a lower price these days. A good condition SUpra could go for $18k+. A 3000GT VR-4 with miles as low as 10-22k miles I've seen go for $5-10k
