only thing u would have to worry is the o2 bung on the catback since on the VIII's the o2 sensor goes into the catback, whereas the IX's on the cat. just go to a muffler shop and get a bolt to plug into the o2 hole and everything will be fine.

ok thanks for the quick help guys. im getting a good deal on this buschur catback and i know them and AMS are on top of the game. the guy im getting it from said this is a slip fit catback im not sure what that means. i guess it just slips and clamps on, which prob means i cant use it with stock cat. i wonder if i can use it with another test pipe and DP or will i have to buy buschur also??? plus do you guys know if any buschur downpipe will fit the IX with ACD or is there a new one out or something. thanks

this is the one by the way

Yes I installed one this weekend....I have to get a plug for the o2 sensor but for now I just stuck an old 1G sensor I got from my friend in there and cut the wire off. It works for now......

but the catback fits nicely
