Assuming it has a clean title and there's nothing wrong with it, that would be a good deal.

 

looks good but obviously beat on. 11 sec 1/4 takes a lot of drag time at the track. mods list is vague. I stick with the "buy stock" theory. just safer in my opinion.

 

Yea thats not a bad price at all for all the mods its probably has. The only thing I would be worried about is excessive wear and tear on that car. Buying any used car is some what of a risk becaue you never know how the previous person drove it. But a pretty modified evo like this one I dunno, I'd personally go for a stock what and do what you want to it...
