B33ZMR- yeah...being 21 is cool and i just was sick of the bmw...i gave me to many problems and i wanted somthing special around my area...all i see is civics, srt-4, sti's, and what not....when i got mine nobody around here had an evo let alone a 9...so that was my choice...just wanted to be different...but yeah just got to have fun...but that is funny...life is defintly to short to be driving a hyundai or a geo....

I cannot belive some of these numbers. I pay 400 but on every payment I pay extra and the funny thing is the bank teller looks at me like I have extra heads.

 

Yodobashi - i agree too... owning an evo has been my longest dream... and now that i own one.. ofcourse you have to be pretty sure that you could afford it.. otherwise.... *splat*.... so i guess just think twice or even triple before buying one.... *thumbs up*

 

outta add, i'm 19, had my parents cosign, i put 1000 down, and am paying 494 for 72 months at 8.5% interest. All outta my pocket. And i'm working my *** off to do it. but as soon as i step into the car, it's all worth it!

I agree and then I don't. I figure sure its a high monthly payment but I am going to be paying more per month and get it paid off early. When you can't buy it outright or have a heck of a downpayment, what else can do? I can afford the payment but do not have the money to put it down. I figured if I wanted the car now go ahead and get it, otherwise I would be waiting 1-2 years till I had a good downpayment. I love my Evo and glad I got it.
