Keep this in mind though.. majority of you guys who currently owns a Evo were like back in 03's - 04's and even 05's... ofcourse all yo' have relatively lower monthly payments than us peeps who just purchased or been owning 06's...

How does this make any sense? If they were dumb enough to buy cars they couldn't own back in '03 and are financing over 3 years, then they'll still be paying the same amount that you are (assuming they did the same stupid deals many people who've responded on this thread have seemed to).

Wow, you guys make me feel good. I'm only paying $365 / Month. My insurance for my two cars was actually higher than my car payment... until I switched. (I guess I also got a decent deal... and put almost 10k down).

doccommando - people have different credit histories.... hell... some of these guys may have never even had credit history when the bought the car.... in addition.. "money down".... this is plain simple..... more money you put down.. the lower the monthly payments (having an excellent credit on top of that extremely helps!) ...

I pay 640 per month on my IX but most of it is from negative equity on a 2005 SRT-4(about7k) if not i would be in the low 500/ month range. I will never trade in a car ever under any circumstances.

Yep mine at $900 a month is kinda crapy because it takes up alot of the check when I could do more mods but I will get it paid off fast with such a short term loan but my insurance is 380+ a month since I am 21 so thats puts me over $1200 a month on bills for the evo.

btw its so high becuase i had tons of negative equity on my srt-4 but owell...like i said i have an evo now!
wow we have very simuliar situations mt SRT-4 had negative equity so it wouldnt have helped me to trade it, but I still love em both. $332 per month for the SRT-4 and $588 for the EVo both are 2003.

I am 18 and pay $247.47 a month for 6 years at 5.1% APR. My parents have not paid $1 of my car, insurance, or gas. The only thing they helped with was cosigning. I feel sorry for you guys with payments over $500.

Six hundred per month, used to spend that much on Starbucks, Lunches out, and cigarettes.
Now a "DD" coffee and a "Jam" sandwich, and I quit smoking.
I still cant wipe the grin off my face from driving home from work.
PS: A "jam" sandwich is when you jam some lunchmeat in between two slices of bread.

Know how to make a small fortune racing?
