Mini battery

Anyone have problems in winter with their mini batteries? I have the BR kit and this morning it was about 29 deg F and it seemed to start a bit ruff. The battery itself is only like 2 - 3 months old.

My mini cell (Black) from BR lasted about a year. Then I bought the PC680 (Red) cell about 2 year ago and it's still going strong.

I can't remember what the CC rating was that David told me on their batteries, but I do remember being surprised. I am just worried about this winter when the temps are alot lower. This is my DD family car , and I don't want to be out with my pregnant wife and 19 month old son and have a starting issue.

EvOikon, who makes the PC680 you are talking about?

If thats the case i'd say F a mini battery kit, and re-locate that thing to the trunk

Odyssey is the brand I believe. Looks exactly like every other mini one everyone's been selling except for the color of the casing.
Works for me. :}

My BR mini lasted one winter in Detroit, no problems. I moved to Florida, and still going strong, It's only 70 here now . It should last at least a year without any problems. I also have a couple of amplifiers powered by it with no problems. I haven't left the car off with the stereo on for that long, but I've seen no signs of the battery fading.
