Looks like you took good car of your car. Sorry to hear about the accident. I just got mine back yesterday from the body shop from someone rear ending me (~2 weeks of repairs), so I know kind of how you feel.
Jae, I hope you are alright. Your car was very nice. In the sadness of this wreck be thankful, your car can be replaced but you can't. Keep your head up!

whats done is done....hope I dont sound like I'm preaching but...
when I'm driving my car I usually give myself enough room in front to escape if need be.... thats something I've learned while riding my sportbike.....
when people tailgate me in my EVO that makes me a bit nervous too....
usually its people who wanna check out my car, people who wanna instigate a race, or just plain idiots in a rush to where they have to go....
you know what i do I just move over, let them pass and hope they crash and burn and go to hell lol
but anyhow, end of rant, sorry to hear about your loss, but hope you get a new EVO soon.

It seems like in his case it wouldn't matter if he had a mile in front of him because as he was turning, the car hit him from behind causing him to hit the wall as he was turning.
