Nice find!
JDM or not, that is pretty expensive for a 10 year old car. For a couple thousand more you can buy a used EVO VIII with similar (low) miles. The VIII will be more reliable, handle better, be quicker, etc.
I realize some people are willing to shell out that kinda $$$ for a rare EVO that was never sold in the States, but it still seems a little pricey to me...

Ill present some some facts:
The owner was a member here. He was also involved somehwhat with Evolution Imports, Ill bear you the story on that; just do a search here. Any rate, Celm was banned from this site after defending EI when EI took customers money and never got Evo VII RS2's to them. I believe the owner of EI was Adam Burnett.
That being said, I have personally talked to Celm and he seemed like a decent guy. I was in search of an Evo V, and he talked a bit about what it would take to get one. He also provided owners who he imported cars for. In the end we both decided importig a car was not for me, but he remained a good guy through-out.
All Im saying is buyer beware, nice guy but had past dealings with a shadey situation. I do think $18,500 is alot for that car, but keep in mind theres less than five first gen Evos (Evo I - Evo III) that are street legal in the US.
