oneillevo, good to see they will be to you tomarrow. the screws, clips, and washer will be easy to get. as for the larger plastic spacer that is in the pic, i have seen similar spacers at lowes. they should be easily cut with a utility knife.

That's actually a good question. I just installed mine...everything went together fine except for that angled bushing. I put it behind the mudflap (screw>washer>mud flap>bushing) because that's the way it looks to me in their online guide, and no matter which way I rotated it, the screw was being pulled into the flap at an extreme angle, making the washer dig in hard on one side.

I really think you could just use a straight-cut spacer.

The install instructions are a joke...nothing ships with the product, and the online guide isn't very clear on how to position that bushing/spacer. For the cost, these 4 pieces of flat plastic should come with a DVD.

I know im bringing this thread back from the dead, however, if you call rallyarmor they will not give you any information regarding mounting hardware. They said we first have to find out who originally purchased the flaps. then we can sell you new hardware. They said there are to many DIY people out there using their hardware and not buying their flaps... How dumb is that. They should just sell a hardware kit for 20 bucks and pocket the 18 dollars they make on the hardware.

Thanks.

The front are a pain in the a$$ to install. I can't get the fender lining to get back in after I install the clips. I think the clips are just too thick. Dammit.

Any suggestions?
