Thats from a Jackie Chan movie.

Jackie Chan had escaped from jail with some woman and had to drive the EVO IV in a chase scene. When they careen through a market, a fruit/veggie gets jammed in one of lower air dams. lol

I'm fairly certain he didnt do the driving stunts.
