AC not working...

Well the other day rain was falling so I went ahead to put the AC on cause it was getting hot. To my amazement no cold air comming in. The condensor doesn't seem to cycle on either.

At first I thought it was a fuse, so I went to fuse panel and there is like 4 fuses for the AC. Does anyone know the difference for each?

There are the normal small 2 prong types rated at 30amps each that seem ok. The other 2 are the ones im not sure about. You can't tell by looking at them.

Where are you located? I'm not sure about the Evo, but the ac compressor usually doesnt come on in cold weather.

What I notice is the cooling fan on the Radiator does not come on, even after Ive had the car idleing for awhile.

Also normally i get a slight feedback on my speakers when my AC is on. now i don't when i switch it on.

Ok so it turns out i was purged the low side AC port and nothing comes out, so i figure i have a leak.

Put in a can of Dye Dector 134a and turn the car on and ac.

After a while i see some smoke comming from my o2 housing area by the wastegate where it connects onto the hotside.

Turn off the car and i hear this hisssing sound...like when i tire is going flat and vapor comming from the radiator back section, condensor.

looks like ill need a new condensor....To the dealer i go....

Check the lowside port and stick a scredriver in it, like what you do on tire valve stem and see if anything comes out.
