I was reading his post with a lot of interest and I guess it pays to be a little older and have a better understanding of what it takes for road trips.
Just checked that Outback is about 15+ mies from my hotel.
I guess I'll eat at the hotel.

Update.
All parts for the remainder of my Stage 4 setup + alcohol injection kit have been installed by Dan Buschur.
Super fast install by Buschur.
My AEM tune will be done tomorrow by David Buschur.
I spent the day at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Science Center across the street.
Pics.

Unfortunately, the R&R Hall of Fame doesn't allow videos & pics in the display areas, but I was able to snap one pic at the lobby.

Nice guitars.
It was nice, with a lot of interesting collections of originally written lyrics and outfits of various artists from the 50's onward.
Fun day.
I'll post automotive related pics tomorrow and hopefully some dyno numbers.

You guys that mod your Evo for power during the winter crack me up. Even in our candy a$$ California winters the car can get away from you pretty quick. Speeding up is no problem with the AWD. Unfortunately, AWD or not, braking is where the playing field levels out. It's scary how quick these cars can get after just a few hundred dollars. Be safe guys!
that may be tru... but in a few months their car will be ready... while your making arrangments to get parts put on and waiting for tuning...
cheers to an early start!

I've lived in the Northeast all my life and have had my share of winter driving in various types of vehicles so I'm not too frazzled by adverse weather; I just leave more space between me and the car in front, don't make any sudden moves like quick acceleration, stopping, or turning.
Plus Buschur is not as busy now as they would be in Spring, when everybody wants parts installed and their car's tuned before the nice weather starts.

Got my car back from Buschur Racing earlier today.......
Here's a pic of the car on the dyno.
[/IMG]
On straight 93 pump the car made 313 whp and 300 lb-ft torque at 21 psi.
On pump and the alky the car made 357 whp and 357 lb-ft torque at 26 psi.
I'll post sheets when I get home to my scanner.
Mods are:
Buschur Racing Stages 1-4 +
1. AEM EMS (already on the car)
2. ARP Head studs (already on the car)
3. BR Race FMIC
4. BR Alcohol Injection kit
5. Comp 280 cams (already had on the car)
The experience was great.
The guys at Buschur are so professional and thorough.
Bottom line: Definitely worth the 7.5 hour trip to get my car done by the best.
Check out my review at the "Evo Vendor Parts & Tuning Review" section shortly.
