My trip to Buschur.........
Starting 9AM this morning I'm on my way to Buschur Racing to have the remainder of Stages 1-4 installed on my car + their Alcohol Injection kit (appointment is for Wed. morning).
Similar to those guys making the trip to AMS from CT; it will be a nice drive (just over 8 hours).
It looks like crappy weather today.
At least I have a co-driver (my cousin) who will help relieve me on the drive.
We hope to have an incident free trip.
I'll post pics when I get to my hotel tonight.
Anybody in the Buschur Racing area know good places to eat or have fun
It's nice being over 21...... over 25 too.

Make sure David knows you're coming. Have you been there before? Make sure you get Jarrod or David to show you the Magnum(red time attack Evo), it's sick.
When you get there if get a chance to chat with David, ask him about Dr.90210 and watch what happens. You 're gonna love the facility.
Good luck with the trip, be safe with that weather. We were lucky, it started snowing when we got there to pick up the car, an hour outside of Wakeman on the way back it was all clear back to Texas.
What I would have given for an 8 hour drive, mine was 26 hours.

The Outback up there is really good... it's kinda tricky to find and a little bit of a drive... but well worth it. The little place down the road (can't remember the name) is really good. If your on the road and BR is on the right it's about 1/2 mile down the road on the left hand side.. has a big gravel parking lot.

Well guys just checked into my hotel 20 minutes ago.
Unpacked all the crap from the car.
The drive took me just under 8-hours with most of the highway miles at 70-75mph.
I drove the first leg at just over 3 hours, my cousin took the next 3 , and I took the final leg.
I-80 was the killer; 400+ miles of straight road, with very little scenery.
The only drawback was the weather which changed from showers, to overcast, to partly sunny, and at times very sunny.
I setup my appointment just over 2-weeks ago with Dan from Buschur, who I think is David Buschur's brother. Plus I spoke to Jarrod last week as well.
Some interesting pics:

Test pipe soot and rain dry to a nice pasty brown.

Brake dust sludge on my wheels.

Why does a 1-hour photo lab need such a large truck?

That's a lot of exits; I wonder why Ohio does not have a "E-ZPass" like system?
Time to catch a nap and get some dinner.
I'll keep you all posted of anything interesting.
BTW, thank god for my clearbra or I would have to get my bumper painted when I get back.
